KEYS OF THE PROGRAM
The main objective of this program is increasing awareness of the importance and potential of active listening. To accomplish it we work with three dimensional levels of action: conceptual, personal and emotional.
Experiential Learning appeals to the emotive side of learning in the participant, bringing out a positive attitude. This is the start and the key of the process of learning and is directly related to the level of its efficacy.
The main activity in the classroom is to experience a real practice of active listening. In order to reproduce similar situations, participants will work in pairs and rounds, activating different resources in sequence. A subsequent analysis of the process and emotions will be performed. Finally it will be connected with the personality and character shown in previous test.
